Chinese Provincial Dresser/Commode Cabinet
Top back section with center shaped mirror with pediment top and surround of carved grapes and leaves flanked by open work shelves with carved grapes, leaves and see through frames and backed by glass fronted paintings on paper of landscapes. Time stained: two drawers vertically below. Bottom section with partial bow fronted center drawer with open-work fronted drawer below intended to house a wash basin (interior metal retainer ring present), center recess below with lattice work rest flanked by single small drawers with single hinged door below, paneled sides, raised on straight turned column feet.
